ABOUT ME

I write articles, reportage and essays about about food, wine and people in between.

My essay about the boundaries of taste is in the book “Le sette virtù del cibo”.
I am one of the three authors of the book “L’Italia di vino in vino”.

I have a degree in Communication and a PhD in Visual Semiotics. I’ve been a Semiotics professor at IED Milano and I’ve co-founded the semiotic research company Squadrati.
